What This Scorecard Evaluates

This assessment measures your startup's investor readiness across six domains drawn from the financial modeling and fundraising preparedness framework we apply in every engagement. It is not a sales tool — it is a diagnostic you can use on your own, with no obligation to take any further action.

  • Financial Architecture: Whether your financial model is integrated, driver‑based, and produces reliable outputs for an investor conversation.
  • Performance Modeling: Whether your revenue forecast and unit economics are built on documented, defensible assumptions.
  • Capital Structure: Whether your cap table reflects all instruments on a fully diluted basis, including SAFEs, notes, and options.
  • Valuation: Whether a documented valuation analysis exists, using methodologies appropriate to your stage.
